Safari Information

• Safari Departures are guaranteed on the Days mentioned for each itinerary
• Mara By Air, Samburu By Air, Amboseli By Air and Kenya Deluxe Safari can operate on any day of your choice, subject to availability of accommodation and flights.
• All transfers and game drives for Kenyan Safari are conducted in a Mini bus and all safaris and transfers in Tanzania in a 4 Wheel Drive Vehicle
• Window Seats Guaranteed for all safari departures except for transfers and game drives conducted by lodge vehicles and driver/guides where window seat is not guaranteed.

Child Policy

• Up to 2 years - Free
• 2 – 12 years - 50% of per person cost if sharing with 2 adults
• Up to 12 years, own room - 75% of adult rate
• Above 12 years - Full adult rate

Children below the age of 7 years are not allowed at Tree Hotels (eg Treetops, Ark, Mountain Lodge)

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30 days of arrival - No cancellation fee
• Between 21 and 29 days of arrival - 50 % cancellation fee
• Between 8 and 20 days of arrival - 40 % cancellation fee
• Between 0 and 7 days of arrival - 75% cancellation fee e

Other Services

• All safari vehicles are equipped with High Frequency Radio for use in case of any unforeseen eventuality, First Aid Kit and Cooler Box
• 24 hour Communication Centre available to co-ordinate all movements. All communication with driver guides whilst on Safari will be channeled to the Communication Centre. Contact details of Senior Management Executives of the Company available with the Communication Centre to be contacted in case of emergency.
